We made it a priority with fully gated properties, 24/7 security surveillance, and a direct partnership with the most prominent security company in Downtown Las Vegas, Protective Force International (PFI). Our Tenants know in an emergency situation they can reach out to PFI and have a trained and armed officer at their door within minutes to assist. (We are proud to add we even assisted with relocating PFI to the Downtown area and into one of our buildings so officers don't have to go far if dispatched.)
You want to have all the modern finishes of an upscale home? We put everything and more into our building trims. We don't just buy properties and do lipstick-on-a-pig renovations.
