KLA Capital focuses on investing in well situated properties requiring extensive remodeling and construction, and currently ranks as the second highest property owner in downtown Las Vegas. Through our work with KLA Construction & Development, Inc., KLA Capital is able to bring empty land parcels or older properties back onto the market with a modern or traditional style that caters to all types of tenants. Our residential portfolio consists of apartment complexes ranging from triplexes to 140+ unit communities with unit sizes ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments that can fit a family. All of our properties come with the most up to date and modern finishes and, with our extensive detail to maintenance and upkeep, we strive to keep our properties feeling new. Commercial properties in our portfolio include offices, wedding chapels, restaurants, breweries, and industrial spaces, among others.
KLA's caliber of work has been heralded by City of Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman as "absolutely magnificent" and awarded several grants by the Las Vegas City Council.
