DO YOU ACCEPT PETS?
Yes! We accept pets at nearly all of our properties. We do however require a one-time pet fee. Please inquire with the leasing office for more details.
What do I need to qualify for a lease?
We mainly check to ensure you have adequate income and no evictions. While we do consider credit scores, exceptions can be made if you have steady work and no prior rental issues. If you're unsure, please reach out to our office before applying.
Can I use housing assistance programs like Section 8?
Yes, we accept Section 8 and other housing assistance programs. Please check with our leasing office to see which of our properties are eligible, as not all complexes qualify.
What utilities are included with the rent?
Utilities vary by property. Please check our "Current Vacancies" page for specific details on each property. Most of our properties include High-Speed Wi-Fi, perfect for working from home and streaming TV.
ARE YOUR PROPERTIES SAFE?
We like to think all of our properties are built as safe as possible. Not only are they all completely gated with 24/7 security surveillance systems, but we also have partnered with Protective Force International (PFI), a full-service security company. PFI offers around the clock emergency and non-emergency services and with their offices located Downtown (they are also one of our tenants!), response times are rapid. Las Vegas Metro works directly with PFI as well so we know our tenants are receiving the best security services. All of this just so we can ensure our Tenants with peace of mind.
Do you offer pest control services?
Yes, we provide monthly pest control services at all properties, including exterior spraying. If you need special attention for your unit, just let us know, and we'll schedule an interior spray. Our pest control is safe for pets and kids.
DO YOU ALLOW SUBLETTING?
We do not allow subletting. Any tenants found to be subletting will be in violation of their lease and will be fined and/or evicted.
What lease options are available?
We offer flexible 6-month leases for all our units, which can be renewed. This gives you the freedom to enjoy your stay without long-term commitments. Please note, we do not offer month-to-month leases or shorter terms.
