Esther’s Kitchen is a neighborhood Italian restaurant with a seasonal focus, located in the heart of the Las Vegas Arts District. Our menu is shaped by the vibrant ingredients of the West Coast and the time-honored culinary traditions of Italy.

Following an acclaimed career cooking across the U.S. and abroad, Chef James Trees returned to his hometown to open his first restaurant. Named in honor of his great-aunt Esther—whose encouragement helped spark his love of food—Esther’s Kitchen is a tribute to the flavors and family-style meals he grew up enjoying with his childhood friend Alfio’s family.
