1115 S Casino Center

1115 S Casino Center Blvd was renovated from an old dilapidated office complex and was built out to include a bar that was leased by Oakland based bar, Three-Sheets. The property was sold in 2017 and is under new management. The property is located in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas' Arts District near the start of the First Friday Festival. The complex is surrounded by numerous bars and restaurants, which is becoming Downtown's up-and-coming happening scene.
